CONDITIONS

Key/contact

The key can be picked up at a house near the centre of the village, opposite of the Chateau d’Aspres. Andre Faurittes will direct you to villa (+/- 500 m). Key collection is possible from 14.00h on the day of arrival until 20.00h in the evening. The key has to be returned before 10.00h on the day of leave. Rental period is form Saturday until Saturday unless agreed otherwise. Andre is also your point of contact in case of calamities or if you have any questions.

Inventory and facilities

Each apartment has a bathroom with shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, oven/microwave and refrigerator with small freezer), a large and a small bedroom, in total sleeping 4 per apartment, with the possibility to extend with 1 or 2 extra beds. Extra beds can be found in the garage.

The house is equipped with a large garage which can be used in mutual agreement by the guests. Each item in the garage is not rented out, but can be used by the guests on its own risk and on the condition to be liable to any damage to the item or any third party and that the guest makes sure that any items remains in the same condition and is undamaged. Damages may be deducted from the bond (see below).

The tennis court

In the garage a fitness area with some equipment is make-shifted. A washing machine and dryer are found here, as well as a sauna, a shower, garden chairs and tables, bikes, toys etc. You will also find tennis rackets etc. that can be used on the tennis court next to the Auberge (200m from the house). The owner of the Auberge administers the tennis court and key, and he will hand over the key to you for free, on a first come first serve basis.

In case you would like to use the sauna, please notify us prior to use, because of the expected energy use.

The villa is surrounded by a garden of +/- 1000m² on several terraces. This is ideal playing ground for small children but please take very good care since they may fall due to the differences in height and the rocky surface. Next to the villa a swing / climbing construction is built which may be used at own risk. Never leave the smaller kids alone!

The apartments have a complete inventory, beds and linen, so you do not have to bring any of that. Apartment North has a TV/DVD installation with a satellite-connection, Apartment South has a TV/DVD installation without TV connection. Many different DVD’s are available. Payment, deposit, cleaning

When the booking is made 50% of the total amount needs to be paid in our bank account. Ultimately 6 weeks before the start of the rental period the remaining 50% needs to be paid, as well as the deposit of EUR 250,-. The deposit will be paid back immediately after the rental period if the manager has concluded that the house and contents are in the same good order, deducted with energy costs made.

If damages have been occurred the deposit will be used to pay for these damages and any other damages will be claimed additionally. The end cleaning is mandatory and costs EUR 50,- per apartment, or EUR 100,- in case you have rented the entire house. In case you need intermediate cleaning this is possible and you can arrange for that with the owner of the Auberge. Guests are expected to leave the apartments behind in a good condition and to put used linen and towels in the bathroom, as well as to clean up the garbage, before leaving. Garbage can be left in the many garbage containers to be found in the village. All guests are advised to take travel and cancellation insurance.

Cancellation

Your pre-payments and deposit will be happily refunded if a cancellation is made more than 45 days before the arrival date. If a cancellation is made during the 45 days before the arrival, the deposit will be refunded only if the room is re-rented at the same dates by someone else. In case a cancellation is made after 15 days before rental dates no refunds are made (except for the deposit). For early departures no refunds are made.
